Returns the previous COPA (CB) Object value based on the referenced COPA (CB) Object value.

Parameter	Description
Operating Concern	The Operating Concern.
Field	If using a Value Field, choose “Value Field”. If using a Characteristic Field, specific the Characteristic.
	Specify the ID of the Value or Characteristic, or use a cell reference
