Get Project Balance
In order to extract a Project balance, the Project Balance function is used.

| Year | A value, e.g. “2017” |
| Period | Period number e.g. “1” |
| Balance Type | YTD – summarizes the full year balance up to the period parameter input
PTD – summarizes the movement for the period parameter input QTD – summarizes the movement for the quarter based on the period parameter input CTD – summarizes the custom period criteria based on the period parameter input e.g. “2:4” LTD – summarizes the balance since the inception of the internal order up to the period parameter input |

| Actual Flag | A = Actual; B = Budget |
| Version | If you have selected Budget values, enter the applicable Version. The wizard will automatically insert the correct version for Actuals. |
| Currency Type | The Currency Type as configured in SAP e.g. “10” = Company Code Currency; “20” = Controlling Area Currency |
| Controlling Area | Defaults based on the Company Code currently selected within the Object Control area when launching the Wizard |
| Project | Supports selections at any level of the Project Systems hierarchy (Project=PRJ; WBS Element=WBS; Network=NWK; Network Activity=NWA) After clicking the drop-down button, start typing to retrieve values from the SAP system |
| Cumulative | If “true” is selected, the function will return the balance for the object indicated as well as any linked objects within the hierarchy. If “false” is selected, the function will return the balance for only the object indicated and will ignore any linked objects within the hierarchy. |
